We congratulate Mrs Mimi Thorpe our Indonesian teacher across Cardijn College and Cardijn College Galilee on receiving the Indonesian Teachers’ Association’s Gotong Royong Award (Mutual Cooperation). Mrs Thorpe works to establish partnerships between Cardijn College and the Indonesian school community. These opportunities allow students to share their identity and culture with Indonesian students and in turn, they learn about Indonesian culture from their partner students from Indonesia.
