Cardijn College | Parent Engagement Evening: Connected and Capable

Wednesday 19 August, 5:30pm (6:00pm start) | Le Rosey HUB, Marian Campus, Cardijn College

We warmly invite parents and caregivers to join us for our upcoming Parent Education Evening.

The theme for the evening is Connected and Capable. Join the College Wellbeing Team for an engaging presentation that explores the different stages of adolescent development, including practical ways to approach meaningful conversations with your child.

The session will provide strategies for helping young people build coping skills, navigate challenges, and develop resilience when facing disappointment, failure and rejection. Parents will also gain valuable insights into asking supportive questions, strengthening connection over correction, and fostering positive conversations about school at home.

We look forward to welcoming families on Wednesday, 19 August. Wine and platters will be served before the event.

Please arrive at 5:30pm for a 6:00pm start. Parking is available near the Le Rosey building, entry via Goldsmith drive.

Marcellin | National Skills Week

Monday 24 August – Friday 28 August | Marcellin Campus, Cardijn College

National Skills Week is a proud tradition at Marcellin Campus, celebrating vocational education, strengthening industry partnerships, and connecting students with real career pathways.

This year’s theme, “Life Changing,” reflects the powerful role apprenticeships, traineeships, and vocational courses play in shaping futures, opening doors, and building stronger communities.

Throughout the week, students will take part in RTO pathways sessions, industry presentations, and hands-on experiences with employers and trade partners. Highlights include the Apprentice and Employers Lunch, the VET Careers Expo bringing employers and training organisations directly onto campus, and our Training and Immersion Skills Excellence Awards, celebrating outstanding student achievement.

Year 8 students will also visit for ‘Experience Marcellin’, a hands-on introduction to vocational pathways.

Alumni | Cardijn College Homecoming Reunion | Classes of 1996, 2006 & 2016

Friday 23 October, 6:00 – 8:00 PM | Le Rosey HUB, Marian Campus, Cardijn College

For the first time, we are bringing multiple graduating classes together on campus for a special evening!

Join fellow alumni from the Classes of 1996, 2006 and 2016 as we return to Cardijn College to celebrate 30, 20 and 10 years since graduation.

Hosted in Cardijn’s newest building, Le Rosey, this special reunion is an opportunity to revisit familiar places, reconnect with old friends, share stories from your school days, and see how much has changed while discovering what still feels wonderfully familiar.

Enjoy drinks and nibbles as you browse memorabilia displays, take a guided tour of the College, and catch up with classmates and former staff. Whether you have stayed in touch over the years or have not seen each other since graduation, this is a chance to come together and celebrate the experiences that connect you.

Partners are welcome to attend. Please ensure they have a ticket too.

We will raise a glass to old memories, new stories, and the enduring spirit of the Cardijn community.

We can’t wait to welcome you back to Cardijn!
